MyTaxProf set out to connect clients with Chartered Accountant (CA) firms through one digital platform. D2i Technology built a custom, multi-role CA services marketplace covering service discovery, firm onboarding and verification, and structured service requests.

The Problem

Finding the right CA firm and engaging professional services involves many steps, from discovering providers and understanding their services to submitting requests and coordinating with the right team. A marketplace serving both clients and firms also has to meet very different user needs while keeping oversight of who joins the platform.
